Yogurt parfait

Yogurt is one food that can do a lot of good to your body, thanks to its friendly bacteria that helps in keeping your digestive system healthy and running. To give it a different and mouth watering taste, simply add your favorite ingredients and give a complete kick off to your morning. This is one quick and easy breakfast recipes that is delicious and high on food value. If you are wondering how to go about it, simply reach out for your favorite flavor of yogurt and then add seasonal sliced fruit to it. Garnish with chopped nuts or granola and then add the final layer of yogurt. Continue till the entire cup if filled. This is also a quick and easy breakfast recipe for kids.

Breakfast Tortilla

You simply need to take some time off on weekend and make a batch of muffins and then freeze them.
